LEGAL INFORMATION

Privacy notice

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This is a starter notice and must be reviewed and completed before launch. Add the company's correct legal identity, contact email, actual data-handling practices and any third-party services used.

Information you provide

If you contact Ghostwall Security, you may choose to provide your name, business details, email address, requested service and message. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive security secrets through a general enquiry form.

How information may be used

Enquiry information should be used to respond to requests, prepare proposals, provide agreed services and meet applicable legal obligations. Do not collect information that is not needed for these purposes.

Website forms

The current starter contact form opens the visitor's email application. It does not send form data to this website or store it on a server. The recipient address must be configured before launch.

Cookies and third parties

This starter website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. The optional web-font provider may receive standard connection information when fonts are loaded. Review this notice if analytics, embedded content, advertising tools or other third-party services are added.

Your choices and contact

For questions about personal information, contact the company using its official published contact details once configured. Complete this notice to reflect applicable Cameroonian law and the company's actual practices.

Client accounts and service requests

If you create a client account, Ghostwall Security processes your name, email address, phone number, optional organisation, account credentials (stored as a salted password hash), customer number and service requests to provide and manage the service. Do not submit passwords for other services, Mobile Money PINs, one-time codes or unnecessary sensitive information.

Account registration and request history are stored in Cloudflare D1 when the backend is configured. Keep your login details confidential. Account recovery and email verification must be added before the portal is promoted as a fully production-ready account service.
